    The bank (Ravi) opened an account without my clear authorization. I made the bank manager Nancy Pazos aware of it but she did not care.

    AVOID. I think this branch is poorly managed by Mrs. Pazos who does not call when needed. She leaves issue to Ravi who is unexperienced.
